Saja Wedding’s sizes range from 0 to 14.  We will work with each customer to determine which size is best, please email us at contact@sajawedding.com for any sizing confirmation prior to ordering.  It is also recommended that you have your measurements taken professionally by a tailor.  We do not do in house alterations.  If there are any alterations you would like to make, you will need to do so after purchasing your dress with a tailor of your choosing.

All sales are final and non-refundable. 

Saja Wedding will provide you with complimentary swatches upon request.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, all through PayPal’s payment service and you do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction. There is no sales tax applied to orders shipped to customers outside of New York State.  International fees and duty is covered in the $160 flat shipping rate.

• We keep the majority of our dresses in stock for immediate shipment. New styles may not be available for immediate shipment. New style “Preorders” will ship after the arrival date disclosed in the style description.
• Domestic shipping will be fully insured via UPS Ground and require a signature unless shipping to a commercial address.  Shipping rates are determined by the total order amount. All tracking information will be provided at the time of the shipping.
• Dresses shipped outside of the United States are sent via FedEX Express or EMS (express postal) at our discretion. We charge a flat rate of $160. The shipping charge will cover all costs including the shipment fee, duty, and “Country of Origin” documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Saja Wedding will not be liable for any deficiency in performance caused in whole or in part by natural disasters, states of emergency, strikes, fires, war, riot, government actions, or causes beyond Saja’s reasonable control.
